COLLEGE FINANCIAL AID - How to switch over the financial aid when transfering?

I am currently a student at a University, and would like to switch to a community college. (If you haven't gone to college yet, community colleges save you SO much money). Anyways, I do not know how to get my Financial Aid Re-Configured so that it will go to the other school. Please help if you can! Thanks!
